What is Askforce?

Askforce is a natural language interface for Salesforce. Instead of navigating complex menus or writing SOQL queries, you ask Askforce a question in plain English and get an instant answer.

It's available as a native iOS app and a web app at askforce.ai. Both connect to your Salesforce org using your existing credentials — no separate Salesforce configuration required.

How it works

When you ask Askforce a question, a multi-step AI agent reasons about how to answer it, runs the necessary Salesforce queries, and returns a structured response — often with a chart, table, or plain-language summary.

For write operations, Askforce always shows you exactly what it plans to change and waits for your confirmation before touching any data. Nothing is written to Salesforce without your explicit approval.

Key capabilities

Natural language queries

Ask any question about your Salesforce data and get an instant answer. Askforce handles complex multi-step lookups automatically.

  • Pipeline by stage, owner, or close date
  • Account activity and contact history
  • Task and event lookups across any object
  • Aggregate metrics: totals, averages, counts

Record updates

Update Salesforce records conversationally. Askforce proposes the change, you confirm, and it executes — no forms, no navigation.

  • Update opportunity stage, close date, and amount
  • Create tasks, activities, and events
  • Log calls and follow-up actions
  • Bulk updates across multiple records

Meeting intelligence

Paste or record a meeting transcript and Askforce proposes the Salesforce actions to take — log a call, create tasks, update a deal stage. You review and apply in one tap.
