Plans Overview
Askforce starts with a free trial — no credit card required. Upgrade anytime to increase limits and unlock additional features.
Free trial
Every new Askforce account starts with a 14-day free trial. During the trial you get full access to the Assistant and Meeting Listener with a daily query limit. No credit card is required to start.
When your trial expires, queries will be blocked until you upgrade. Your Salesforce data and settings are preserved — you can upgrade at any time and pick up where you left off.

Daily limits
Askforce enforces a daily query limit per user and per org to ensure fair usage across all customers. Limits reset at midnight UTC.
- Per-user limit — applies to each individual user in your org
- Per-org limit — applies to the total queries across all users in your org
When you reach your daily limit, queries return a rate-limit error. The limit resets automatically at midnight UTC — no action needed.
Upgrading
There are three ways to upgrade:
- In the app — tap Upgrade in the trial banner (iOS or web)
- Team Portal — visit askforce.ai/portal/team and click Upgrade
- Pricing page — select a plan at askforce.ai/#pricing
All paths go through Stripe Checkout. Enter your payment details and your plan activates immediately — no waiting, no manual provisioning.
Billing
Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly.
To manage your subscription, update payment details, or download invoices, go to the Team Portal at askforce.ai/portal/team and click Manage billing. This opens the Stripe customer portal directly.
You can cancel at any time from the Stripe portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. For help, contact support@askforce.ai.
