Overview
The Askforce web app brings the same conversational Salesforce interface to any modern browser. It's ideal for desktop use, longer sessions, or anywhere you don't have the iOS app available.
The web app supports the full Assistant experience — natural language queries, data visualizations, write operations with confirmation. The Meeting Listener (real-time transcription) is available on iOS only.
Logging in
Go to askforce.ai/login and click Login with Salesforce. You will be redirected through the standard Salesforce OAuth flow and returned to the app automatically.
Your session persists for up to 8 hours via a secure httpOnly cookie. Closing the browser tab does not log you out — you can return directly to askforce.ai/app within the session window.
Querying Salesforce
The chat interface works identically to the iOS Assistant tab. Type your question in the input bar and press Enter or click Send. Responses appear as charts, tables, plain-language answers, or dashboard grids — multiple widgets in a single response.
Write operations show a confirmation card before any changes are made, just like on iOS.

Team Portal
If your account is on a team plan, visit askforce.ai/portal/team to manage your team:
- View all members, their roles, and seat usage
- Invite teammates by email (paid team plans)
- View and upgrade your current plan
- Access the Stripe billing portal for invoices and payment details
Sign in to the portal at askforce.ai/portal/login using Google, Microsoft, or Salesforce — separate from the main app login.
