Quick Start

Get Askforce connected to your Salesforce org in under two minutes.

Prerequisites

An active Salesforce org with a user account
iPhone running iOS 18 or later (for the iOS app)
A modern browser (for the web app)

No Salesforce admin setup is required. Askforce uses standard Salesforce OAuth and the REST API — it works with whatever your user account has access to.

iOS App

1. Install the app

During early access, the iOS app is distributed via TestFlight. You will receive an invitation link from the Askforce team. Tap the link on your iPhone to install.

2. Log in with Salesforce

Open the app and tap Login with Salesforce. A secure browser window opens with the standard Salesforce login page. Enter your credentials and approve any MFA prompts.

ℹ️

Askforce never sees or stores your Salesforce password. Only the OAuth access token is saved — securely in the iOS Keychain.

3. Start asking

After logging in, you land on the Assistant tab. Type any question about your Salesforce data and tap Send.

Web App

1. Go to askforce.ai

Visit askforce.ai/login and click Login with Salesforce. The same Salesforce OAuth flow runs in the browser.

2. Start chatting

After login you land in the app where you can type questions and see answers with charts and tables — no app install needed.

Use a sandbox org? Toggle Use Sandbox on the login screen before clicking Login with Salesforce.

Your first query

Here are a few queries to try as soon as you're in:

Show my open opportunities closing this quarter
What's the total pipeline by stage?
Which accounts haven't had activity in 30 days?
Create a follow-up task for the Acme deal due Friday

Results appear as charts, tables, or plain-language answers — whichever fits best. For write operations, Askforce will show you a confirmation card before making any changes.
